I had never heard of this until I read it here.  I found it and bought some blueberry to try...umm, I like the protien and carbs but  IMNSHO  YECH!!!!

What do you guys do to make this stuff palitable?  It's bitter  and you couldn't add enough fruit to stop me from throwing it out.  Is there a secret?

Hmmmm, never heard of Fage being bitter. You sure it wasn't spoiled.
I always buy the full fat unflavored and add sweetener and fresh blueberries.
I could just be your taster too you know.

If it was bad, it went to the right place :)  the trash!

I guess I'll buy another and see if that was it :)

Thanks!

Yeah, I've never had mine be bitter either.  I do like the Chiobani though, it tends to have a little less bite to it.

I love Plain Fage full fat ( if I can find it) or 2%. I add 2 packets of Splenda and a little vanilla. I like it just like that but also great with a few blueberries and pecans.

I'll try the splenda and vanilla.  I planned on adding protein powder to yogurt (we do that for my brother to add some nutrition to the little bit he can get down at times).

Thanks!

If you can't find the full fat, try stirring in some sour cream. I just figured that out and it's very nice :-).

I have tried every yogurt known to man and I just can't eat it. It's like eating curdled milk to me and it makes my mouth turn inside out. There is nothing pleasurable to me about it. It's funny how we all have different tastes.

Love Fage!  I would say it's more "bitter" than regular yogurt - but not dramatically so.  Siggi's yogurt (Islandic) is quite bitter in my opinion.
