YAY!!!!  Until now I haven't been able to tolerate any kind of protein drinks/powders.  I've been craving them for the last few days (and I am experiencing a stall) so I decided to try one again.  No problems and it was great!

That is great. Which one worked this time? I like the EAS chocolate ones in a bag you can get at Sam's Club - i usually mix it with milk. I have an aversion to them for the most part but am always interested in which ones people try. Let me know and great job!
Thanks
Brenda

Thanks!  I tried the Aria (Designer Whey) Low Glycemic Women's Protein in chocolate (again).  It contains a 50:50 ratio of Soy and Whey protein, so it doesn't have a strong odor like some brands.  The directions suggest adding it to 8 ounces of water, but I used 2 ounces half & half, ice, and water in a blender.  I'm just happy it didn't make me sick anymore!
