2nd B - bacon, egg, grits and a protein coffee (30g)
S - deli flat toast
L - chili & rice
S - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - 1/2 cup rutabaga and a bunless hamburger w/pickles, mustard and mayo
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
washing down the front porch and doing windows


TANNING:
8 minutes

Gina, I'd love for you to come do my windows too.
Rainy and chilly...love it. Now the grass turned green and started growing so DH will have to mow again.

You know, I know we're all built different, but I don't understand how people can weigh 10 pounds less than me and wear size 8-10 when I'm still in a 16. I know..whine, whine , whine.

B: double protein shake, bacon
L: egg salad, CS fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: about 1 1/2 oz roast beef, small carrot, mashed potatoes, dinner roll (I know) dipped in meat drippings
S: plan double decaf protein shake

Vites all in. Fluids more than 100.
Exercites: none today...my day off. Didn't even get tired dancing last night.

As cool as September was I can only imagine how cold this winter is going to be. I guess we better enjoy the current weather while we can.

Yeah, sizes and shapes are a crazy thing. Hang tough, babeee!
