Wow that is a great loss this far out, maybe upping the protein to this high level is the answer to the weight loss. I am trying to lose about 8lbs regain and the darned scale keeps just bouncing around up and down by 2lbs so your post is SO encouraging. Time to lace up those walking shoes and seriously up my protein levels!!

Good luck, we;ve all heard great things about Dr S, so I am sure you're gonna have great results. I'll be swinging the Yorkies for ya!!lol

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Hi, I am almost 5 years out. I have been steadily exercising at least 5 to 6 days the last 2 months and have lost 7 lbs without changing my diet. So it is possible thank goodness. Good luck with your surgery.
