Scale hasn't moved but oh well. Five more days.

B- Spinach casserole (spinach with cheese on top)
S- protein drink
L- Lean Cuisine Shrimp Alfredo
S- protein drink
D- Lean Cuisine Pizza while the family have a pizza from Dominos.
S- Protein shake

I think I know how you feel. I couldn't lose anything much pre-op either. Stupid metabolism...but in 5 days, look out!

Yep, I had about 30 seconds of doubt but realized I'd tried everything for 4 years post-back surgery to get the weight to come down. I'd shot my metabolism all those years on active duty doing crazy diets and bad things to keep the weight off.

Another busy day but nice.
Planning to follow Shireen's advice...nothing but fluids or a proton drink in the evening. Need to shake things up.

B: bacon (P-12. C-0), double protein shake (P-46. C- 8)
S: double protein shake ( P-46. C-8)
L: egg salad ( P-14. C-0), CS fudge bar (P-2. C-3)
S: salami (P-14 C-0)
D: ??? Stomach unsettled and acidy
S: plan protein shake

Totals: protein 132. Carbs. 19. So far

Vites: one batch left
Fluids: more than 100
Exercites: 20 min walk facing into the wind...was tough
