I definitely have to eat more today. It has just been so crazy. 8 hours of conference calls and work is supposed to fit in there somewhre.

I will come back and edit when I finish.

HI Guys,mouth still sore so limited choices today..appetite very hit and miss and the thought of a protein shake me wants to gag for some reason..got all my vites in btw!!
B - 2 soft scrambled eggs with shredded cheese, coffee
L - slices pepperoni, iced coffee with Hc
S - chilli with cheese and sour cream, diet coke
D - more chilli and cheese and sour cream, diet coke
S - piece low carb cheesecake and whipped cream

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

I hate that it is starting to be 'holiday' season. We have candy, cookies, etc. all over the place from October until New Years where I work. I'm thinking I need to buy some Endulge peanut butter cups or CS bars here so the candy doesn't keep jumping into my mouth.

Vites & fluids on track. Plan to ride recumbent bike for 30 minutes tonight at home.

lol  I guess I splurge on weekends or if I go out with friends. Also, DH buys groceries from a list. If I go, I always over spend. The family is on the same DS diet so we don't have to have a lot of variety in the house.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Went to a support group to hear a plastic surgeon speak. Very educational. I'm sure about what I want/need to have done, bit all will be tied to cost. Surgeon really focused on importance of nutrition and protein post op.
Of interest: it was standing room only and the majority of post-op folks had sleeves.
