You look pretty good, overall!

I think your protein is a smidge saggy, but not bad.  How much do you get in each day?

Your iron is a little saggy, but you seem to be taking quite a bit already.  It's also not actually "low."  I'm not sure I'd change anything other than maybe making sure you take those tenders away from everything else including any dairy, eggs, whole grains, etc.  (I take mine in the middle of the night just because it's easier.)

Obviously, you're low in K.  How much K1 are you taking?  You say 2 pills, but what dose are they?  I'd separate my K from my E & A (including your multi) since there is some literature floating around out there that E & A may compete with K.  You might want to add another one in and then get retested in a few months.

I'd probably stop the separate folic acid supplement or maybe go to every other day with it.

I'm no expert, though!  I'm sure others will chime in with their opinions as well.

Thanks for looking.

Protein is getting saggy, I went from 3 protein drinks or protein coffees to 1 because I was able to eat more protein from food. but I will go back to 3. The k1 is vitaladys 1000mcg I take 2 of those . . I did move my vite A away. .  I take my tender iron at 5 am. when my hubby gets up.  My ADEK were all so low, they are slowly coming up. Will definitely cut back on folic acid and b 12.

Most here will tell you not to cut back on your B12.  Personally, I don't think it would hurt to trim it back a little with numbers as high as yours, but I'd not do anything drastic like half it or anything.  I'd probably leave it be while cutting back on the folic acid and see what happens with your next round.

I also have to take 2000K a day, but I take it in 2 separate doses.  I don't know if that helps or not, but in my mind I figure I may only be able to absorb so much at a time.  If so, separating it should help.  (Though I really don't know if my logic is right on that one or not.)
