Early "emergency" labs?

A banana has 300-400 mg of potassium.  Recommended intake is like 4+grams.  Like a drop in the bucket.  Plus, you'll be displacing protein.

You need the lab to diagnose and then a prescription to correct.

the first 3 month check up,  I was extremely tired and weak.  as per my labs,  I was very low in vitamin d, iron and potassium.  my physician increased my d vitamins, added iron and potassium supplements.  In about a week, i started feeling better.  haven't had an issue since.


Erroded lapband removed 12/28/09, stomach repaired, infected port cut out.

WLS done on Dec 14th, 2010.WOOHOO!!
I survived & I'm alive!  Dr. Gagner is my life saver!
