Heck no! I washed my hands and went in searching for it. LOL I am a hillbilly and need to keep up appearances. I figured I would just call Syntrax tomorrow and see what a scoop measures out to be. No big whoop!

B (late) - 1 scrambled egg, 5 slices of bacon, 1 1/2 slices of wheat toast (ate out)
L, D, S - 3 bowls of chili with shredded cheddar!!!!!

Vites - dunzo
Exercites - 3 dog walks

Cals - 1563
Carbs - 108
Fat - 81
Protein - 104

Feel like I might need a litle more protein. My labs have been looking good, though and I've eaten a LOT crappier over the last few months. We shall see what these results are.

Good luck on the labs. I have to do 120g a day to keep my protein markers up...probably couldn't do it on food alone with so much restriction.

It actually feels like fall today. Hurray!
B - double protein shake
1/3 of an open faced McMuffin sandwich - blech.
L - Pho Tai without the noodles.
One pork and shrimp spring roll 1/2 noodles removed.
S - 2 Dove sugar free dark chocolate bites
Couple of bites of left over Gyro meat.
D - toppings off a piece of pizza.
S - planning on another protein shake.

Vites - on track
Fluids - good
Exercise - short walk.

chinese take out:
shrimp w/ broccoli
guts of a shrimp roll
few forkfuls of pork fried rice
pistachios
mini baby ruth bar
double protein coffee
chicken fingers with most of the breading picked off
green beans
home fries
1/2 sticky bun
planned: another protein coffee

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime
