Nothing much going on here.
Visiting a support group tomorrow to hear a plastic surgeon speak.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: deviled egg
L: shrimp ****tail, cesear salad, 2 cheddar biscuits ()
S: 2 CS fudge bars ()
D: Brok's pizza
S: plan double protein shake

Vites all in. Fluids 80+
Exercites: 20+ min walk. Early morning sure is beautiful.

I'm working on a Christmas stocking and took a too long nap this afternoon. Got into the fudge bars while watching Biggest Loser on TIVO. LOL

Don't beat yourself up.  You really didn't do too badly and we need to splurge once in awhile.

Yep. BF called and wanted to meet for lunch. I generally limit myself to 1 biscuit, but I finished everything else and was still hungry. Oh well, tomorrow's another day.

Evening! What a glorious day outside today. Bucket scrubbin' was the activity for today. My Nectar came today. Only problem is there is no scoop inside the jug. LOL Do you suppose all scoops are created equal? I ordered the 13 samples from Synthrax the other day for 13 dolllars. Can't wait for them to come and try some out.
