Howdy all.

B (closer to lunch) - 5oz grilled chicken breast (had to eat these before expiration, lol)
L - Salad w/ 2.5oz chicken breast, nearly 1/2lb bacon, 1/4c sunflowers seeds, 1/4c cheddar, ranch dressing
S - serving of peanuts
S- serving of cocoa roasted almonds
S - the other 2.5oz chicken breast, rest of the 1/2lb of bacon

D- I'm not too hungry, but I do have a sweet craving, so I may be one of those Labrada (sp) Rockin Roll protein bars, not sure. Maybe just go to bed.

Also made a big pot of chili tonight, in anticipation for a very busy day tomorrow and the next. Get prepared to see lots o' chili on the bites. LOL

Vites - none. lab draw tomorrow and my doc wants to test what my levels look like w/o vites directly in my system (not sure I agree, we'll see)
Exercites - 3 dog walks, some ball throwing

I've had at least 2 dietitians tell me 12 hours is all the break from vitamins you need before a draw. So, who know?

Your Bites look great! I'm making a big pot of chili tonight too. Yum!

Happy almost Hump Day. I agree, it should be Friday already.

B - Double protein shake
L - Drumstick from KFC, mini crunch bar
2nd lunch - small bowl of frosted mini wheats with 1/2 & 1/2
S - handful of wasabi peas - more munchie today than hungry.
D - probably KFC chicken thigh & some gyro meat
S - Double protein shake
Carbs - 70 ish, protein around 150 grams
Morning vites, will try to make up rest tonight.
No real exercites.

B: Protein Bar
L: 4 chicken nuggets
S: 1 slice pepperoni pizza
D: 1/2 chicken breast 1/4 cup garlic mashed potatoes

Water: 9 cups

Vites: Iron only  forgot to put them in my bag:(

Exercise: None unless you count walking the steps of a 4 story building about 6 times and parking literally 1/2 a mile away ...in heels
