Hi guys,
I'm seeing my NUT today for my 4 year post-op appointment. Nothing much for the surgeon to see so the NUT and are are going to go over my labs and see what we should do about my vitamin K2 and potassium. I'll also see what she says about my vitamin A getting too high.

S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)

S - baby carrots and dip
D - going out--Cosmo and .....

Good evening! Is it Friday yet? I so want it to be. I don't mean to whine but it seems that I feel aggitated today. Everywhere I went I there was an arse near me. I was driving down the road and an arse cut in front of me. In the parking lot of the mall an arse all but hit me trying to get into a spot. My neighbor refuses to hot wire his fence so his horses came to visit me so he is an arse. Ron came home and told me he was out of whites and forgot to tell me. I guess he is an arse too. LOL

B-Sliced tomato and a dollop of cottage cheese. (I was bad!)

D- Going to have Healthy Choice Crusted fish.

All I wanted to do was eat, eat, eat.  Glad I made high protein choices.

I'm guessing you've tried taking your vitamin A away from all other vites and minerals? Maybe taking 1 capsule in the middle of the night, perhaps?

Gina, I'll be interested to hear what your nut had to say.
Went bra shopping.....the girls need some help because none of mine fit. Tried on about 10 and bought 1. Have gone from 46D to 40C.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: egg salad, CS fudge bar
S: salami
S: cheesecake muffin
D: Brok's pizza with pepperoni, italian sausage and mushrooms
S: ?????

Vites done. Fluids more than 100.
Exercites: 20+ min walk.

NUT appointment was good. We tweaked vitamins and I'm going to try coming of the Fosamax for 6 months and Dexa this Spring. She doubled my K2 and reduced my vit A to only 3 times a week ...retest in 3 months including osteocalcin.

Your Bites should be bronzed...perfect!

fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime
