HI Guys,
made a big pot of chilli today and some flourless peanut butter cookies Mmmm
still got that pain in my side on and off so a bit worried...we'll see what happens over next few days.

B - 6 thick strips bacon, coffee with Hc, vites  (30g)
S - slices of salami and pepperjack cheese cubs, large iced coffe with Hc (20g)
L - leftover butter chicken, diet Dr pepper and vites (20g)
S - 12 large shrimp dipped in ranch (18g)
D - Chilli and sour cream with shredded cheese (30g)
S  cup of diet swiss miss and flourless peanut butter cookies

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Its not too bad Gina, no temp, don't need pain meds or anything,pooping & tooting ok, its just a niggle/ache. I don't have insurance at the moment so trying to wait and see but if it persists and/or gets worse I will go see my PCP and at least have him look at me.
If anything serious comes up then I am getting a quick flight back to the Uk to stay with family and have it dealt with to avoid a horrible medical bill.

Hello, thought I had better join the group, since I have gained back 14 lbs in the last 4 to 6 weeks.  Just way to many carbs-I am sure!  Now I need to be accountable to myself and get back on track.

Bites
B - 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs (25g)
S - 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 sausage (20 g)
L - tuna with mayo (20 g) ouch 10 soda crackers
S - 11/2 c. cot cheese (30 g)

Howdy! I'm beat.

B - 3 slices sandwich sized pepperoni, 3 slices salami, 3 slices of provolone
L - 5oz grilled chicken breast
S - my version of skillet queso, 1/2lb 92/8 ground beef, 6oz pepper jack, 2oz 2% milk - had half with 1 serving of tortilla chips
S- 1/2 serving cocoa roasted almonds
D - the other half of the skillet queso with another serving of chips

Vites - dunzo
Exercites - 2 dog walks and some ball throwing, lots of mental exercise (exhausted)
