Gina, did you eat anything yesterday? I just saw protein coffees.

B: bacon, double protein shake
L: egg salad, CS fudge bar
S: double protein shake
S: almonds
D: DD is fixing chilli.
S: plan protein shake

Guess I didn't eat much today.

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: none...my day off.

I didn't eat much during the day yesterday because I was going out to eat last night. I do better on empty if I go to a restaurant. Still brought home a box with about half the dinner. lol

I think your Bites look good. We need light days every now and then.

Yes, I sent them off earlier today. DH took pictures then found we had a camera malfunction so had to do them again. Argh. DH acted very "professional". How I look without clothes is pretty pitiful. LOL

Tomorrow I'm seeing my PCP about something else and asking for a referral to a local PS for a consult.

Will keep you posted.

I'm excited for you.  Getting several consults is a good idea.  I really wish I could join  you in this journey. Maybe one day.

You know about the Dr S forum here on OH, right?

Yes, I've been lurking on that group for months. I've been so impressed with his work. Just have some deep done concerned about safety in Mexico. I read today that Monterrey is considered one of the safest cities in this hemisphere.

Howdy! Hope everyone's weekend was great. I'm sad to see it end.

B- Omelet with cheddar, bacon, ham, little bit of cheesy hashbrowns
L - 5oz grilled chicken breast
S - 5oz grilled chicken breast
S - more than 1/4lb bacon (I made 1/2lb for my dinner tonight and salads tomorrow, it didn't make it, but luckily I have more)
D - Small red twice baked potato, w/ butter, cheddar, the rest of the bacon

Carbs - 56
Fat - 167
Protein - 134
Fiber - 6

Vites - done
Exercites - not too much. Laundry, 2 dog walks, sorting through my big clothes to give away to a friend.
