Just a little update.

I wanted to thank everyone for the great advice. Had my DS on July 6, 2011 at 311lbs. Today I weight 234 lbs. Giving away all my 3X shirts and jackets was great (and annoying at the same time). I went from a 48 inch waist to what I though was a 44 inch waist. Had 2 pairs of 44's in the closet, went to put them on, stood up and they fell off. My wife thought that was hysterical, she stopped laughing when my wedding ring fell off. We wraped some tape around it and all is well.
