I am going to try to jump back into this thread, not sure why I am afraid to but I will face that fear.

B Protein Shake
S peppered peanuts
L whipped cream and cinnamon
D 6 chicken wings and 2 pickle spears (went out for aunts bday)
S OK, I had a sliver of Caramel apple cake, it made me really sick, won't do it again
S Protein shake

Looking back I can see why I am afraid, not doing very well...

Liquids: 1500 ml
Vitmains: need to take my night time vites - taking B12 at night to avoid nausea. Have been taking PPI atnight and its working

I thought I would "be in trouble" for whipped cream for lunch - lol. I have substituted it for my ice cream craving and it works. I could not have fit it anything solid at that time as I was pretty full anyway. I felt guilt tho - no protein first.
Also, cheating before at goal was a bad thing but I did learn my lesson from getting sick...

If the whipped cream scratched an itch, go for it. Great decision in my book, low carb substitute...

How many grams of protein yesterday? What is your daily goal?

It would have been 60g from protein drinks then whatever the chicken wings were. I need to get back to using myfitnesspal. My head is just not in the game this time. I think I figured it out tho, I still can't believe I have finally had the sugery and that I WILL be successful.

Better late than never. Went to the drive in movies with the girls last night. Smelling the popcorn was VERY hard.

Pre-op diet

B- 1 cup of cauliflower
S- SF Carnation Instant Breakfast
L- Garlic Herb Shrimp by Healthy Choice
S- SF Carnation Instant Breakfast
D- Healthy Choice Sundried Tomato Chicken and carrots.
S- SF Carnation Instant Breakfast

Felt so hungry today so I really poured the drinks in.

I didn't track on spark for the last two days because I've been busy. Thursday was a horrible day, and I didn't keep down much. It was one of "those" days.

Yesterday:
B - A little bit (maybe a little over an ounce each) of brisket, chicken breast, pull pork and 1 rib leftover from not being able to eat the night before.
S - Same as above, minus the brisket
L - Salad w/ lettuce, cheddar, parmesan, sunflower seeds, bacon and ranch dressing, beef tips, cheese and sauce off a slice pizza, half a roll w/ butter, chicken tender, few tortilla chips w/queso, small square of a macaroon type thing for dessert (lunch buffet w/ friend)
D - Cheddar cheese

Vites - all done
Exercites - a lot of shopping, 3 dog walks, some work on obedience
