I have never seen anyone else mention this.   In my little more than two years post DS, I have no need whatsoever to use antiperspirant.  I first realized I had no need when I would forget to reapply after swimming.  Even if I do perspire a little, which is rare,  it does not have any unpleasant odor.  Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Yes, I noticed the same thing. And now even more so since i had my Plastics on my arms...they remove alot of the sweat glans & hair which is a nice bonus.

So much fo us "stinky" DSers!    And it's another way to save some coin!    I hope plastics on my arms are in my future - so I have that to look forward to.

I still use antiperspirant, but I have noticed that I do not sweat nearly as much as I did 100 pounds ago and I stay "fresh" longer.  Maybe as I get closer to goal I will "test" not using any.

This is interesting. Are you sure it isn't just that we were used to sweating excessively because of our overweight, and now you are sweating like a normie lady?

Don't think so.  I was still obese when I noticed I no longer needed it.   It's like the always cold, thing.   I woke up after surgery, actually 18 pounds heavier with fluid retention and all, and knew immediately that I would never again be too hot.

I noticed the same thing. I got really raw under my arms shaving and didn't use it for a few days and realized I don't really need it. That was this summer so I doubt I'll use it much this winter.

Not much sweat happening here but i put that down to living in a polar ice cap zone.  I noticed that I very rarely sweat in the gym and I used to be awash...my sweat doesn't smell of much either....hmmmmmm interesting!

Yes, interesting.  A pleasant plus not previously discussed.  We usually hear the opposite about our BO.  Newbies, don't believe everything you hear/read about stinky DSers!   (Falsehoods spread by haters and/or uninformed!) Some of us smell better!
