Oh, you've got me blushing! You're one of my favorites, too.

Given that my 40th birthday is a week away, I really appreciate the 16 y/o comment! I got carded the other day buying wine for a recipe. I was all tickled until the cashier said "Yeah, we have to card everyone, unless they're real OLD."

As to the D, I hate to say it but I think it may be just dumb luck. I do Vita-Lady's D3-50 once a day and my calcium has D in it.
