I cannot take Vitalady's Tender Iron Capsules 60 mg elemental carbonyl iron with 400 mg vitamin c.
I took very few of them before having to switch to the heme iron. The bottle now weighs 364 grams, lot 1003294 and expiration 4/13. I would expect the recipient to at least pay for shipping which can easily be calculated via usps flat rate priority mail pre-packaged shipping. Thanks!
