Hi Gina and everyone,
Mmmmm. Nachos and salsa. I was fighting the popcorn demons today.

A concern: I'm 9 1/2 mo out and all of a sudden seem to be able to eat more and I'm definitely hungrier. Normal????

B: double protein shake, bacon, deviled egg
S: double protein shake, a few almonds
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, tomatoes, CS fudge bar
S: cheese cubes and salami
D: meat loaf, about 3 bites of peas. (I know...)
S: ????

Vites: all done. Fluids: more than enough.
Exercites: 20 min walk.

Absolutely normal. Why do you think I drink 4 protein shakes a day? lol   I think I stayed off popcorn for a solid year. Now I have to limit myself to the snack size bags or I'll go nuts.

I'm usually doing 3 a day depending on how my stomach feels in the evening. May try going up to 4......one in the afternoon when I'm hungry or feeling like snacking.

Hi everyone!

Wow. I thought I really screwed up today. I guess I did okay!!!

B- Skipped. Started in working on the furniture early
S - 1/2 Donatos individual pepperoni pizza
L - 1.5 KFC Chicken tenders, 1/2 order wedges
S - 1/2 my enchilada bake (1/2lb ground beef, 3/4c enchilada sauce, 6oz manchego for the whole thing)
D - other 1/2 of the enchilada bake

Cals - 1462
Carbs - 65
Fat - 91
Protein - 122

Vites - all done
Exercites - 2 dog walks, still moving furniture and cleaning things out

Took note of your fluid advice yesterday. I always have something to drink with me, so it's a non-issue for me. I don't even think about it anymore. Sometimes I'll do a 32oz Powerade Zero before breakfast. I have a drink in my hand as soon as my eyes open!!!! But thanks for the reminder.

Bad Bad Day! I was so busy I had to eat whatever was around me as I did not have time to get anything myself and left my bag at home.

B: Sausage Egg Cheese McMuffin no top muffin
L: 2 slices pepperoni pizza, crust off one toppings only on the other 1/2 coke
D: slice of pepperoni pizza

Water: 6 cups

Vites: None left bag at home
