Just poppin' in at 8 months post-op
I haven't been here for a long while, just got sick of some of the drama but, I decided to pop in and say hi to those *****member me and who might be interested in how I am.
I'm officially 8 months post-op today and am pleased a*****h. I've dropped nearly 170 lbs from my highest weight and I feel better than I have in years. I've went from a 5-6x shirt and size 58 pants, to Lg-1x shirts and size 38 pants. I run, walk, breathe and live a great life now.
Those of you *****member me pre-op, know the issues I had. I had high ass blood pressure (avg 150-165/85-95), sleep apnea, edema in my legs, joint pain and horrible back pain. I was also anemic and pre-diabetic as well. All of that is resolved...all of it!
Here's a pic of me on the day of surgery (1/27):

Anyway, I'll drop back under the radar but, I just want to wish all of you the greatest of success and, to you pre-ops and newbie DSers, this surgery can literally change your life in ways you only dream about, right now. Push forward and get your life back. Mortiferi out.
