I guess I am the odd man out because Spanx and the other brands do nothing for me except not looking like a bowl full of Jello when I walk.  No support, no holding in my hernia, etc. just smoothes out the rolls and stops the wiggle.  Stopped wasting my money on them and just jiggle along but a nice discount if you use them.

Smoothing rolls and preventing the jiggle...that's exactly why I tried them in the first place.



if you want more support from an undergarment, you would need to choose the super duper strength items.  They are quite difficult to put on so I don't go that route.

I just discovered they now have bras, called Bra-lleleujah or something like that. I was going to order one, and see if it helped the skin roll on the back and sides.
