hi guys.....skin removal

Well,nov.1 will be 2 years.Trying to find a doc for the skin removal in Louisiana.I started at 308,and now 130.God is almighty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I pray all is well for everyone.Is there a state board that I can go to?
