L: 4 shrimp 2oz of chicken in carbonara sauce with parmesan cheese
S: Gouda Cheese with 5 multigrain crackers
D: Chicken & Sausage jambalaya no rice

Water: 8 cups

Hi Guys, nice day yesterday, went to the farmers market to stock on my weeks veggies and then we went to the beach, came home and had dinner and watch Boardwalk empire !! Aaaaa love sunday!!

Saturday was scale day and so on I got, my new all singing all dancing super scale that I bought from amazon that measures everything, including visceral fat (Eeeewww).
I was so happy, I lost 3.5 lbs regain last week by being more active and low carbing moderately. My body fat is 18%, Visceral fat is only 5, (Over 10 is the beginning of problems apparently) and my muscle is 38% and BMI 23!! I am so sad, I love all these numbers! we got so carried away we even weighed the yorkies (Molly needs to low carb btw and she is getting more walks this week lol).

B - Mcskillet burrito with a diet coke (only ate half) (10g)
L - low carb wrap with turkey, cheese and mayo, few bbq chips, diet coke (20g)
S - large iced coffee with HC and splenda, slices of Provolone and salami  (22g)
S - few chunks general tsos chicken and a diet coke (20g)
D - salmon fillet with some garlic herb orzo we bought at the farmers market & added chopped and sauted bell pepper, onion and zucchini to it with some butter and garlic, OMG it was so good!!lol (35g)
S - fage yoghurt and sf cherry jello (20g)
117g protein, probably too many carbs but hey its sunday and I lost 3.5lbs of regain last week!!YAY me!! LOL

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
