L - toppings off 5 small slices of pizza (cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, sauce)
D - steak, baked mac n cheese

Exercites - 2 dog walks and some obedience, moving stuff around in storage

Hi Gina and everyone,
Long day.....all day at a volleyball tournament. Had to leave too early so didn't get my morning walk in.
Note to self: DO NOT EAT CHICKEN.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: 1 chicken strip, couple of waffle fries...(whoops...got sick)
D: don't know yet....working on fluids
S: ??????

Vites: behind.
Fluids: playing catch up now
Exercites: nothing

Tomorrow will be better.
