Hello Friends....

Yesterday I was out shopping with my friend...I ended up at womens clothing section eyeing a smart coat sweater....I reached for the size 12 and tried it on...my friend suggested I try on a size 10. I thought there's no way a size 10 was going to fit me...Much to my surprize the size 10 fit perfectly....Woo Hoo!!!!! Made my day!! :) Note to stallers....Just because the scale isnt showing the numbers doesnt mean you aren't losing!!! Yesterday was a great day!!!! Happy Sunday to All!!!

 Congratulations, Gypsy!

And, yes, it pays to measure oneself at least once a month during active weight loss.  Seeing is believing even when the evil scale refuses to budge.
