I love my energy! I did the heavy housework today and didn't get sweaty, out of breath or tired.
B: bacon, double protein shake, deviled egg

L: turkey and Swiss on 1/2 WW thin bun, avacado, tomato, CS fudge bar

D: ham steak, tomato and cucumbers dipped in ranch dressing

B - 3oz country ham, 2 eggs scrambled w/ 1/4c cheese
L - made a pot o' chili and ate about 1/3 of it for lunch and dinner
D - see above, plus 2 servings of tortilla chips with one of the bowls

- glass of organic whole milk
- uncured smoked sausage (keilbasa style) with sauerkraut and some all-natural barbecue sauce
- plain Fage with superfruit spread mixed in
- chunk of mint dark chocolate
- baked turkey cutlets with fresh bruschetta and Italian cheeses
- repeat of sausage (I'd made up a bunch of little containers of the sausake and kraut last weekend to have on hand, and they sure did come in handy!)
- some organic light cranberry juice with my last 2 doses of pills
