Hi Gina and everyone,
I love my energy! I did the heavy housework today and didn't get sweaty, out of breath or tired.

B: bacon, double protein shake, deviled egg
S: double protein shake
L: turkey and Swiss on 1/2 WW thin bun, avacado, tomato, CS fudge bar
S: popcorn
D: ham steak, tomato and cucumbers dipped in ranch dressing
S: plan protein coffee

Vites and fluids all done
Exercites: 20 min walk and cleaning house.

When was working, that's where my energy went too.

Thanks. The eating is much better. I guess Dr. K was right. I can definitely eat more and more variety, bit still love my bacon and shakes.

TGIF!

I'm still working, and this is so for the birds!

B - 3oz country ham, 2 eggs scrambled w/ 1/4c cheese
L - made a pot o' chili and ate about 1/3 of it for lunch and dinner
D - see above, plus 2 servings of tortilla chips with one of the bowls

Cals - 1938
Carbs - 103
Fat - 110
Protein - 130
Fiber - 23

Vites - all done
Exercites - 2 dog walks and tried w/ some obedience....she is a stubborn nipper!!!!! Argh!

Wish you didn't have to work such long hours :(  Chili is a great choice even with the higher carbs (if that's where they came from).

About 40 of the carbs came from the tortilla chips, but the rest were from the beans in the chili. I am no good about making a beanless chili, plus I love chili beans! LOL

I worked from home today, so lots of my energy DID get to go to my home since I didn't have to commute, didn't have to worry about dresing appropriately, doing my hair, etc. I got my laundry done, vacuumed, did dishes, cleaned bathrooms, cleaned clutter off the kitchen table, went grocery shopping...now just waiting for my parents to arrive for their weekend visit   :)

- glass of organic whole milk
- uncured smoked sausage (keilbasa style) with sauerkraut and some all-natural barbecue sauce
- plain Fage with superfruit spread mixed in
- chunk of mint dark chocolate
- baked turkey cutlets with fresh bruschetta and Italian cheeses
- repeat of sausage (I'd made up a bunch of little containers of the sausake and kraut last weekend to have on hand, and they sure did come in handy!)
- some organic light cranberry juice with my last 2 doses of pills

posting late here. i got no game anymore.  fell asleep on sofa last night around 8 pm

insides of a very small pc of apple  pie

double protein decaf coffee
more peanuts
