Hi Gina and everyone,
Woke up to rain, glorious rain today!!
Wore dress slacks yesterday..size 16...getting pretty loose except around the waist due to my hernia.
Down a pound!!!! Never thought I'd see the 170's again in my life. I cried a few tears of happiness.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: ceasar salad, shrimp scampi, cheddar biscuit, some mashed potatoes (out to lunch with a friend and I could have eaten more shrimp)
S: handful of mixed nuts, CS fudge bar
D: salad, steak
S: plan protein coffee

Vites and fluids are on track.
Exercites: none today.

hard boiled egg w/hot sauce
peanuts
steak taco w/ corn tortilla
sunflower seeds
2"x3" pc of spice cake
double protein decaf coffee
1 slice lebanon bologna
1/2 pumpernickel wrap w/turkey, avocado, roasted red peppers
8 cheez doodles
1/2 c egg drop soup
maybe popcorn later
and a protein coffee

vite:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime

Hi!

BUSY, busy day!

B - 3oz country ham, 2 eggs scrambled w/ 1/2c cheddar
S - 1 piece beef jerky
L - 6oz pepper jack melted w/ 3oz milk, 2 servings tortilla chips
S - few almonds while running out the door

I'm sure I will have something else, as I haven't eaten for hours. Thinking the rest of the country ham 3oz.

Fat - 124
Protein - 97
Fiber - 6

Vites - all done
Exercites - 2 dog walks and dog obedience. I think I'm MORE tired than the dog!
