I think I lost 60 pounds in three months - 100 by six, but I can't remember if that was before my pre-op diet loss of ten pounds or after!

I lost about 60 lbs in first 3 months, which was about half my excess weight. I have since hit a stall! OR at least not losing as quickly as I was before.

In pounds, the answers aren't going to help much...in percentage of excess weight, you will get the info you need.

I lost about 46% of my excess weight by the three-month mark.

I notice there is a huge difference in weight loss varying from person to person.  I still think this was a fun post!   Thank you for sharing everyone!!!

Looks to me like you're just over 50% EWL. That might be a little bit speedy, but speed of loss has yet to be shown to be an indicator of any long term results. Relax and enjoy the ride :-).

50 pounds at the 3 month mark.  My second month was a bit slow, but it's been creeping down bit by bit since the big bang of the first month.
Pick your surgery first, then your surgeon. Not the other way around.
PS:... Potato chips should be a food group.

I'm tired of screwing with that damn health widget.
I've lost 125 pounds to date!!!!
   And I'm UNDER 190 now!!!
