I hear you. The only water I drink is lime water sweetened with Splenda but mostly I drink diet cranberry juice.

Your Bites themselves look awesome.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Sorry about your walk, Gina. As I've been walking in the morning, I've been thinking about what I'm going to do when it gets cold.

B: bacon, double protein shake, deviled egg
S: double protein shake
L: egg salad, CS fudge bar
S: salami, double protein shake
D: Brok's pizza
S:??????

Vites: done. Fluids: done but still drinking.
Exercites: 20 min walk.

Gina, the old question: am I eating too much? I get really hungry and eat, but still worry I'm eating too much. Of course, the scale is stuck again, too.

I think your Bites are spot on...just keep walking and moving. Try to raise that metabolism some.

Even though work is not slamming me right now, I can't get to OH or FB while I'm in the office or VPNed in to my office network, so I very rarely check in here anymore! Especially since I get home from work and am CRASHED on the couch by about 7pm :P

Tuesday:

- swiss cheese cubes
- couple squares dark chocolate
- reheated frozen stuffed chicken cordon bleu (no breading)
- another square of dark chocolate
- made dinner at home! sliced up some all natural chicken sausages (tomato, spinach, and fontina or something like that), dumped a jar of tomato basil sauce on top, mixed in some grated parm, and heated on the stove. Added shredded parm on top to serve.
- pbj: natural Skippy pb and all-natural strawberry spread between 2 oopsie rolls (my new obsession - bread substitute made from eggs and cream cheese, no flour of any kind!)
- organic light cranberry juice or organic whole milk to wash down my vitamin batches

My weight is consistently now down to 175. If I can eek out one more pound, I will officially be 150 pounds less than my highest recorded weight of 324, but I'm not actively trying to lose weight, so not holding my breath :P

Looks like you made a good effort to eat right and well. I don't really have good suggestions for traveling and eating post-DS. You might want to post the question to the board and see if some of the business travelers catch it.
