Funny feeling and Hernia Repair Surgery this Thursday.

I don't think you are being silly at all. I would feel the same way. I hope and pray that this will be a smooth recovery for you. I trust Dr. Sudan's experience and skill, and I am sure he will take good care of you, especially after what you had to endure. You will be so glad to be rid of that football!! Maybe we can get together once you have recovered!!

Also, I'm having a hernia fixed outpatient so its totally nothing compared to your surgery and I'm dreading it 110%. I think its remembering what my ds was like recovering.

Best wishes on your surgery too.  I think one of the main things I dread is the drains I have to come home with.  They are so gross! 

 Well, a plus side for you is its open so you dont' have that gas to bother you! :)  That is the part I'm dreading.

If the hospital doesn't furnish gluten free items, I will be furnishing my own GAS!  LOL

It's normal to be frightened, especially after going through what you did after your DS.  You're healthier now so let that be a good sign that all will go well!
