Thanks for being honest about the carbs, and your weight gain.  June 30, 2010 is when I had surgery.  Currently overall I am fine where I am.  If I lose 12 more pounds that will be perfect.  I wondering should I try more just for a cushion.

Absolutely, take full advantage of your window of opportunity to lose weight quickly and effortlessly. Don't worry about losing too much because almost everyone has something of a bounce-back. It usually isn't much, but it's common to gain back 10-30 pounds. The great thing about the DS is that we don't tend to gain back enormous amounts, and it is usually easy to take it off even years down the road IF we can control our carb intake. Which, apparently, I am incapable of doing. LOL
