Me too. At the hotel the evening choices were hot dogs, baked potato, Mac and cheese or chicken tenders. Ugh.

I've been meaning to post for the last two days and have forgotten. Here's today.

B - Bites of everything. Omelet w/cheddar, bacon, smoked sausage, ham, bit of biscuit and sausage gravy, cheesy hashbrowns, couple bites of pancake w/syrup, couple of potato wedges.
S- slice of pepperoni
S- Habanero BBQ almonds - they are addictive and I ate the whole can. I'm glad it was a tiny can!
D - My own sorta pizza bake, 1/4 ground beef, pepperoni, spaghetti sauce, lots of parmesan cheese, provolone

Exercites - laundry and dog walking several times

Hi Gina and everyone,
Yum...brisket.
I'm home and couldn't wait to get my bacon and shake in.
Embarrassing: my suitcase was over the weight limit. So had to empty stuff out at the check-in desk. Friend helped carry the extra stuff.

B1: protein coffee
B2: 4 bites of sausage and cheese on a biscuit...actually only ate 2 bites of the biscuit
S: Adkins almond cranberry bar
L: bacon, double protein shake
S: CS fudge bar
D: salsbury steak, about 1/4 cup baked potato, cesear salad, couple of green beans (ate way too much)
S: plan protein coffee

Vites on track. Playing catch up on fluids. Bought a 25 oz bottle of water in the airport and it tasted soapy.
Exercites: hiking around 3 airports then a long nap this afternoon,

Hey Gina and Gail,

Just checking in. Hard to come on here when I am feeling frustrated. Did not want to stay away too long though. Been busy, but Not to busy to post.  Have not lost one lb in over 2.1 months. It's really getting to me. I am not eating sugar, watching my carbs, taking my Vite's, eating at least 100 g of protein, drinking water/fluids and NOTHING! Ugh!
