Hi Gina and everyone,
Conference is over and we're back in the hotel room getting ready to watch the OU-Fl state game.
Overall a better day. Gina, last night, besides a lot of water, got pecans, cheese and a protein coffee in, I sure did feel better.
This afternoon ended up with stomach burning issues....decided I was hungry and stomach was too acidity.

S: protein coffee
B: scrambled eggs, sausage, 1/2 biscuit with heavy butter
S: pecans
S: topping off one piece of pizza
S: cheese nachos (I know.....but settled my stomach down)
S: popcorn
S: plan 2 more protein coffees

Vites on track. Fluids: more than 80oz
Exercites: lots of walking and stair climbing

Off to the airport at 6am tomorrow.

Your Bites look much better today.  Good luck to OU. I just went nuts today for some reason. I need to ease up on the carbs.

I was way too heavy on the carbs today, but things will go back to a normal routine when I get home.

 Ok I got down very little

B- Boiled egg and chedder cheese total 14 gr protein

S- Protein Coffee 52 gr of protein (I am still full)  I hate having a pouch

Walked half a mile.  I am still on TPN hope to be off soon.

I hope things get better for you soon. I had dinner this week with a friend who has a pouch and we ate exactly the same. She is 3 years post-op and I'm 4 years. She also still uses protein shakes just like I do every morning. She is dealing with reactive hypoglycemia now, but she understands it and can control it. It will get better.
