Get the Methyl B12. It is harder to find but it is the kind that you will absorb better. I used to supplement with 5000mcg of the other kind of B12 (cyan.) and my numbers tanked. That type has to convert to Methyl B12 to be absorbed. I did MUCH better with Methyl B12 quickly.
