Sublingual B-12 5000 mcg 5000 mcg / 60 Microlozenges

Which one would be the most benificial to us DSers?

Generic answer: methylcobalamin is the "better" form, but many do just fine with the cyana cobalamin.

Get the Methyl B12.  It is harder to find but it is the kind that you will absorb better.  I used to supplement with 5000mcg of the other kind of B12 (cyan.) and my numbers tanked.  That type has to convert to Methyl B12 to be absorbed.  I did MUCH better with Methyl B12 quickly.
