Sorry I've been MIA lately, haven't been feeling well.  Having difficulty getting in my fluids/food as a result of it.  Will try to get back in the game here soon.  Just want all of you to know I'm here, just not kicking real well.

This part of the journey is soooo hard.  I promise it gets so much easier to deal as time goes on.  Hope you feel better soon :)

SW / BMI / SIZE:  312 / 49.5 / 26-28W         CW / BMI / SIZE:  159.1 / 25.1/ 10-12 
I need to lose about 2 more pounds for a normal BMI .  I still seem to be slowly losing at over 2 yrs out...so may get there yet.

Good Morning!

B- Protein Coffee
S- a small handful of mixed nuts
L/S- a huge can of tuna salad eaten on cheese squares throughout the afternoon.
D- Mission Low Carb tortilla deli wrap

I ate a couple bites of my son's pancakes.  Talk about mindless eating.  I was halfway through the second bite before I even realized what I was doing. 

I feel like there has got to be more.  I eat all day and it feels like alot.  When I look at it on "paper" -not so much.  But there's a solid 120 grams of usable protein here that is spread out.

On a positive note...I am at the bottom end of my weight range (rather then the top) after just this week of low carbing.  And this is weighing myself at the end of the day.  And at the wrong part part of my cycle.  I really think I can get to and maintain the 145-150 (23 bmi) range!

Good morning!
Long day yesterday traveling and opening of the conference, but enjoyable and I got in plenty of walking.

Eating was a struggle. I tried to do the best with the choices I had and I did get my protein in. Hopefully today will be better and I can post tonight.
