Hi Gina and everyone,
Had a bad night, woke up, got sick then went back to bed. Missed my walk. Feel much better now. Otherwise really busy day.
DH video taped me making Brok's pizza for his fellow teachers.

B: bacon, double protein shake. (very late morning)
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and cheese and tomato
S: CS fudge bar
S: about 1/4 of a shake....got stuffed
D: small piece pizza
S: ??????

Vites: missed a bunch . Fluids: still working on this.
Exercites: none

Ran into Old Navy and got a couple shirts off the sale rack....size large. Tried the bigger sizes first. I still feel self conscious in the regular sizes.

Hi Ladies

S- Coffee w/ cream
B-Protein shake
S- 2cheese slice and some deli meat
L-Insides of a sub sandwich ( swiss, ham, mayo, lettuce)
S-1/2c. multigrain cheerios 1/2c 2%milk ( don't know why)
D- Roasted Chicken w/skin, broccoli with cheese
S- Protein shake

Vites: all in but bedtime dose
Fluids: on track to finish by bedtime
Exercise: Dusted off my rollerskates today, didn't go to far about a mile but went far enough to remember why it is so fun! I grew up skating everywhere I wanted to go, I was racking my brain today trying for figure out an exercise I would "Enjoy".. I haven't skated in like 5 years, so I'm a little rusty but I had a blast. We don't have sidewalks where I live, so skating on asphalt is a little scary. Have I mentioned today that I LOVE MY DS!

ROLLER SKATES!   Great minds must think alike.
I've been wanting to get back up on mine and have the pipe dream of someday perhaps being in the local derby, but I haven't skated since the mid 1980's.
I'm waiting for my mouthguard and butt saver pants to arrive before I get back on wheels. 
(Yep, I actually did order a mouthguard that comes with a $10K dental guarantee and a pair of butt saver padded shorts!)

Glad you have found a fun way to exercise.  You must be awesome on wheels to have gone so far and not to have fallen.    Remember - you now have less padding to break a fall should you take one!

Bad, bad day for me today. I'm getting a cold and am super stressed at work. I think I inhaled everything that wasn't nailed down around the office - unfortunatley it was mostly carbs. Guess I'm still not great at self-nurturing post DS when I'm feeling bad.
The things I knew that I should not eat, but did anyway, are in parenthesis.
B - Double protein shake
(Twix bar)
L - Pork chop
(plus some pad thai, half a rice paper roll with shrimp & pork. And 3 mini crunch bars.)
S - (Handful of TJ wasabi pea trail mix.)
D - Pure protein 35 g. protein shake
Handful of Blue Diamond Wasabi soy almonds
(and a Reese cup)

On the plus side, I've gotten in my fluids and vites thus far.
I've got a really sore throat, so I am going to go home now and go to bed early.
Hopefully I won't wake up and find I've eaten my pillow.

Ut oh....Let's hope today goes much better at work. Take some jerky with you to help curb the stress munchies.

I went to Richmond and so it was kinda' a weird food day for me.  I usually eat alot early and slow down at the day's end.  Yesterday was just the opposite.  Not so hungry early, but got ravenous as the day wore on.

B- Protein coffee
S- handful of nuts
L- 6 CiCi chicken wings (the absolute best wings to be found on the face of this planet!)
S- S/F Mocha Smoothy with whey protein added from Tropical Smoothy Cafe.
S- 6 more wings
D- Fage yogurt with S/F jam
S- Three scrambled cheesy eggs with sauted onions
S- Big glass of whole milk and a couple bites of Daughter's chilli

I think that's it.  I drink an ounce or so of juice with my morning iron, too.  Off to check how bad the smoothy was for my carb count!  Have a great day, everyone.

I need to lose about 2 more pounds for a normal BMI .  I still seem to be slowly losing at over 2 yrs out...so may get there yet.
