Good morning, All.

B- Protein coffee
S- handfull of mixed nuts
S- leftover beanless chilli and cheese
L- 7 triscuit crackers w/ huge chunks of Colby cheese
S- Protein Bar that had more sugar than I realized when I bought it. 31 g protein, but 23 g of sugar plus sugar alcohols.  And it gave me Sigourney Weaver Alien Belly during son's B-ball practice.
D- Chicken wings and a slice of meatlovers pizza
S- handful of cherry tomatoes

All 5 doses of vitamins done.

SW / BMI / SIZE:  312 / 49.5 / 26-28W         CW / BMI / SIZE:  159.1 / 25.1/ 10-12 
I need to lose about 2 more pounds for a normal BMI .  I still seem to be slowly losing at over 2 yrs out...so may get there yet.

I had to give up the protein bars. I think they were even adding a little weight.

I don't often do them-I like a protein shake way better.  I just wanted something semi-solid in my stomach quick that would add to my protein count.  I hate that acidy empty feeling.  I have to better prepare for the mad commute/ mom, get kids where they need to go dash in the evenings.
