I've been traveling this week, so we know I'm in the ****ter on eating well. You'd absolutely kill me if I told on myself. I really tried to do well the first day. Actually even tried today as well, but catered lunch was sandwiches on croissants. I couldn't turn it down........I've done better this evening, and thank heavens I get to go home tomorrow!

I will say that last week, eating at home, even if it was somewhat carb heavy, I just felt so much better physically. Hard to explain, but I do so miss it.

hey everyone:)

B – Total yogurt mixed with double cream, with blue berries and almonds (small bowl)

L –homemade burger made from whole mung dhal (1 and ½ burgers), homemade coleslaw: cabbage, tomatoes, double cream, yogurt, and milk (1 helping)

S – small piece of cheese and a glass of milk

D – salad: feta cheese, cheddar cheese, baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, double cream, and olive oil (medium bowl)

S – 2 finn crackers with peanut butter (no sugar) and jam (low sugar) and a glass of milk


do you think i'm having too much double cream?

How much protein is in there?  Did you calculate?

If the fat content in the double cream isn't bothering you. Keep having it. When is protein powder supposed to get to you? You may need to make a trip to VitaminShoppe and get some Syntrax Nectar chocolate or vanilla to hold you over.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Busy day and getting a little nervous about my trip this week.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: Adkins cranberry almond bar
L: egg salad, handful of tiny tomatoes off my vine, 1/4 c raspberries
S: CS fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: steak, 1/4 c mixed veggies
S: ????

Vites: done. Fluids: done and still drinking.
Exercites: none. Missed my morning walk because I overslept then took a nap this late this afternoon.

Hello Ladies
S- Protein drink
B- Pastrami sandwich, no bread( mustard, pickle, cheese, pastrami) Yum
S-12 dark chocolate covered cashews
L- 1/2 C. chicken salad
D-1c.Turkey Chili w/ sour cream and cheddar cheese
S- Protein Drink
BAD SNACK: a handful of dark choc. chex mix :(
Vites: all in
Fluids: came up short today
Exercise: none today

At least it's dark chocolate you're having but stick to the dark chocolate covered cashews. lol
