I will say that last week, eating at home, even if it was somewhat carb heavy, I just felt so much better physically. Hard to explain, but I do so miss it.

B – Total yogurt mixed with double cream, with blue berries and almonds (small bowl)
L –homemade burger made from whole mung dhal (1 and ½ burgers), homemade coleslaw: cabbage, tomatoes, double cream, yogurt, and milk (1 helping)
S – small piece of cheese and a glass of milk
D – salad: feta cheese, cheddar cheese, baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, double cream, and olive oil (medium bowl)
S – 2 finn crackers with peanut butter (no sugar) and jam (low sugar) and a glass of milk

Busy day and getting a little nervous about my trip this week.

S: Adkins cranberry almond bar
L: egg salad, handful of tiny tomatoes off my vine, 1/4 c raspberries

Exercites: none. Missed my morning walk because I overslept then took a nap this late this afternoon.
