How Do You All Do With Salads?

Salads go down easy for me. But, if I eat like sliced tomatoes by themselves I'm stuffed on a couple slices.
I love Wendys chili I can eat about a half a small cup by itself.
But, pour it on a garden salad I can dang near eat the whole thing?
Water content?
Causes me no digestive problems. But bumfuzzled about why I can eat more chili if it's on a salad.

When I was about 3 months out I ate salad and it gave me really bad gas. So I put it off for a while. Now I seem to be doing very well matter of fact I had salad with my dinner tonight and last night. I love me some salad.

I have absolutely no problem with salads. In fact when I eat out, that's my go-to meal if I'm not sure of the menu and how my system will react. I can always enjoy a grilled chicken salad.

Love and occasionally crave a good salad. I load them up with protein and fat: grilled chicken strips, huge handfuls of shredded cheese, and lots of ranch dressing. There's also some lettuce, cucumbers, apple slices and grapes in there sometimes, too.

The lettuce is sometimes recognizable later, but no problems.

It might  be a little soon, but your body will let you know.  After the 6 month mark, I did fine with salads.

I'm 4 months out and I love salads.  Of course I try to protein load them...but I have no problems whatsoever with them. :)

I eat them.  Preferably loaded with protein and salad dressing.  The greenery is recognizable the next morning - cleans me out pretty well.  Kinda makes my poops looser.  No biggie.  SOMETIMES if I eat salad for lunch, especially if it is a spinach salad, I get a little crampy in the evening and have to take an evening poop.  Again, no big deal.  But I do think about whether I might not want to deal with it later - if I have to get out of the house early, or if I have to be out late in the evening.  It's usually worth it - I love salads.
