Hi All
I go back to work tomorrow and have a dilemma. I teach and will be working day to day for now. I need to not have to use the washroom during class. Is there a combo of food and vites I can take in the morning to help me with that?

Thank you for the tips. I am going to to take all the advice I can get. I was wordering what would happen if I took iron before bed (was concerned about the limited time I had to take PPI, morning bites and protein shake [which will now be protein coffee]).

I teach as well. I get u30 minutes earlier and pound a double scoop coffe protein, I'm usually done before I leave 1.5 later. Get up earlier and drink a coffee protein.

Interrupting for a moment . . . I think it is tge hot liquid that helps in the morning, not tge coffee necessarily. Your hot liquid of choice, coffee, tea, water with lemon . . . I have done ho****er and prune juice before.

Yes, the coffee protein double scoop does make me go. My shake is w ice so its not the heat. If I drink it by 6 I'm empty by the time I leave before 7. Its worked so far this year for me.

Thank's guys. I was up at 6:30 to leave by 8 but didn't have time to do a coffee or shake. I had to ask LST to cover class for 5 min half way through the morning. I will have to get up earlier tomorrow or be better prepared. I was sooo tired by 1 pm...

 how about?

Iron at night before bed,  
Calcium in the am as soon as you are up, and then another set in 2 hours
Cheese for breakfast.  or other dense protein and no frusit or veggies.
Oh and no coffee in the am.

That would work for some people,
