Do you have Empire Blue through TWC right now? I do and I am patiently awaiting my approval. I'm not sure what they would be looking for to make their decision other than the BMI and co morbities.
No I have Empire BCBS though Empire BCBS - I work for them. Behavioral Health though. TWC isn't once of the accounts managed out of my division so I can't even access benefits.

That makes sense. I thought that you worked for TWC now. The insurance seems complicated. I have to go through Anthem National Accounts for the bariatric portion. I'm still waiting...
