OT -Anyone with Premarin Cream experience?

Grammo, I have had 2 full months now of bioidenticals. 
Results:
hot flashes have vanished
mental clarity improved
vaginal dryness improved

Now with hopes of improving libido we have added testosterone to my new month 3 formula, so current formula is:
E3/E2 (80/20)  0.5mg
PG  60mg
TESTOST  0.5 mg

The compounding pharmacy makes this up in various forms.  I choose sublinguals.

My OB/GYN prescribed a compounded estrogen/testosterone vag cream after I had a bladder suspension a couple of years ago. I used it for awhile but finally decided it was too messy so went back to my Estro gel which I just rub in to my abdomen/inner arms every morning.

Thank you Gail for another alternative to look into.
