***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
I won't even lie, what a craptastic eating day. I tried to keep it okay, even though my family threw it off track and when I put my numbers down woo boy, they were awful.
B - part of a cheese omelet, few pieces of bacon, small portion of smoked sausage, couple bites of ham, cheesy hashbrowns, 1/4 biscuit and gravy, 2 coconut chocolate things
L - Tortilla chips and queso, part of the hard shells from 3 tacos (none from one), refried beans, onion straws
D - 6 mozzarella sticks, french onion soup
Cals - 2375
Carbs - 199 (don't faint, I almost did)
Fat - 142
Protein - 94
Light on protein, even though I really tried to eat protein heavy at breakfast.....there goes that underestimating thing...
Vites: all done
Exercites: did not stop all day
