***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Busy day. Up early, got my walk in then spent the day at a women's conference. Now watching tennis and football.
B: double protein shake, bacon
S: double protein shake
L: chicken salad, 1 waffle fry
S: Adkins chocolate hazelnut bar
S: double proton shake
D: 1/2 hot dog, 2 bites hamburger, slice tomato and avacado topped off with a prilosec
S: probably a protein coffee
Vites: all done. Fluids on track. Exercites: 20 min walk.

Crazy day of eating. Went to a baby shower and it was alot of sweets, didnt to to horrible.
S-protein shake
B- Coffee w/ cream, 1/2 sl. ww toast w/ butter, 2 eggs scrabbled w/ sausage, cheddar cheese
L- Zombie sub( just the guts) Roastbeef, swiss cheese , tomato and mayo, diet orange soda
2 bites of cake wo/ frosting, 12 dark choc. almonds, veggies and ranch dressing, 2 chunks watermelon.
This was over 3 hrs at a babyshower.
D- double cheese burger w/grilled onions (no buns)
S- will be protein shake
Vites: all in but bedtime dose
Fluids: all in
Exercise: not today, I need to get in the habit of doing it regularly but I hate exercise :(
