what a crappy day.  i just want to jump in bed, pull the covers over my head and forget the world exists.
tummy troubles first thing this morning.
travelled 1 1/2 hrs for work
the vet called.  our diabetic kitty took a horrible turn and needed to be put down.
travelled 1 1/2 hr back home to vets office
got yelled at by the big boss for something i had already corrected
cried, and said our goodbyes to kitty (i know she is better off now)
hubs ran  a red light right in front of a cop and we got pulled over
2 staff members at work started a power struggle (too much testosterone) and blew up my cell phone with their whiny stupidness
vites off, protein off.  is it jammie time yet?

double protein coffee
no breakfast
few shrimp
few steak bites
1/2 a brownie
double protein coffee

vites:  didn't take first batch until 1:00.  playing catch up all day
fluids:  same as above

I made a small pot of chili that consisted of 1lb 93/7 ground beef, 1 can light red kidney beans, 1 can hot chili beans, minced onions, 1 big can of tomato juice and chili seasoning. I'm a simple cook. It was good and I ate about half of it today. Nom, nom.

B - Chili w/shredded cheddar
S - Chili w/shredded cheddar
L - Chili w/ shredded cheddar

Seeing a theme here? Here's the totals for about half the pot and a little over a cup of shredded cheddar.

Cals - 1427
Carb - 110 (lotta carbs in those beans and tomato juice!!!)
Fat - 58
Protein - 111

I may have something else before bed, but I doubt it.

ETA: Vites - all done
Exercites - 3 dog walks and a lot of ball throwing, I've got to take Becky's advice and get her in obedience.....

Vites: all in but bedtime dose
Exer: Treadmill
