Yeah, I really do but sometimes it's a pain.

Good protein. Looks like you do the protein first thing.

I've really been trying to do better. When I travel and there is catered food, it seems to be carbs, carbs, carbs and boxed lunches that I hate. I'm so picky and I guess people don't realize that not everyone eats tomato and mayo on their sandwiches. It's been a rough few weeks on the road. It's amazing how much better I feel just being home and planning my own foods, even if they aren't always great. I don't normally do the beers on Wed, but I hadn't been home in so long on a Wed and it was $1 beer night at one of my local watering holes, and I just wanted to get out locally for a change. So I tried to plan for those. I generally will go out one or two nights sometime between Thurs-Sat and I try to plan for any beers I may have. The rest of the time, I will waste carbs on a good piece of wheat toast with butter. Nom, nom!

OK this is my first post and remember I am still having issues and do not have a sleeve or stomach.

Double Protein Coffee (52g protein) B
10 oz water  B
4 oz unsweetened tea (D)
1/2 Lunch Shrimp Fajita  (3 shrimp, 1/2 cup of re-fried beans with ch, tsp of salsa, tsp of sour cream.)

I walked a mile on tread mill and lifted weights.  Doctor told me to stop and not do again for a while heart rate is  high.

I am still receiving TPN.

Looks like great progress to me. Your Bites are fine.

Do you think it was the walking or the weights that gave you problems? I just walk in 15 minute spurts when I walk. I wonder if the doc would let you do that?

Right now doctor is saying no.  I felt great but I was on tread me for about 5 min and was just going 2.0 and women next to me said you need to get your heart rate down because it is too high.  I looked down and it was 180.  I could not get it to come down 25 minutes later it was still 159.  I was told to rest and that monitor was being sent out.  I am going to just try and take it easy.
