Interesting that your zinc is trending down when you have increased the dose. Have you tried taking it by itself? I don't see A in your supplement list. It seems to have gone down quite a bit. You may want to start taking it. Your PTH looks great!

i added the second zinc when i got the august results. i have the 25,000 a from vitalady but was unsure how often to take it at first. i always worry about taking too much. are there other supplements that zinc doesnt work well with?

Vitamin A is one of the more difficult ones to keep up. I think you would be safe to take it daily and check it again in 3 months. You might want to discuss this with Vitalady. Personally, my A has been a bit wonky. It went up using 50,000 IU a day and then dropped again. I am currently taking 100,000 IU a day and will be checking it again this month.

I take my zinc alone with some of my A. I believe the one to really watch out for is copper. I have read that it is also best not to take at the same time as iron or calcium.

Calcium is dropping, pth looks good.
Iron and B12 look good.
Protein + albumin + prealbumin are dropping.
B1 is fine.
E took a dive.
K1 looks great as well as clotting time (prothrombin)
Alk phos is is creeping up.
Vit A is dropping like a stone.

I hope your D3 is a typo and you are doing 50,000 iu 3x day  If not, that's not near enough and it will tank soon. I take 100k every other day and 50,000 iu on off days. This keeps my D3 in a nice range. I take 50,000 iu of vitamin A a day and that seems to keep it in range. Taking 400 iu of E seems to keep that in check. It's the only vitamin that I take a "normal" amount of and the levels behave. No clue why.

Consider taking K2, helps in Ca absorption. I take calcium and magnesium together in a 2:1 ratio (2 Ca to 1 Mg).

I did not see B6. For some reason, it tends to go high with super B complexes. I take that 3x a week.

Not taking fat soluble vitamins for 2 weeks won't change your values dramatically. Consider upping your vit E a bit.

Hugs,
Ratkity

edited to add: I didn't mention the zinc (don't take at same time as copper) because that can get wonky if other vitamins are messed up. I'd work on the more important ones like the A, D and E first.
