I think i'm a bit mental.
Sooo I was at the gym trying to squeeze all my organs out my arse by lifting heavy things and putting them down again. In the process I had to truly focus everything I had to do my last two reps as I was SUFFERING horribly.....and you know what my internal voice was saying?
"This is my rifle. There are many others like it, but this one is mine".
It appears my internal voice quotes Full Metal Jacket in moments of crisis and internal ennui. What next? Top Gun? Moments like this I realise the depth of personality I try to ascribe to is in actual fact bollocks! I am as deep and thimble and a product of the 80's.
Off to have a cup of tea and bed....this is my bed. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Oh sweet Kirmy, as you snuggle with your evil little pups just know that we are not only shedding poundage physically, but there is mental poundage that is going too. Some people shed toxic family, others shed toxic friends. This job is killing you! No advice, just understanding.
Give those evil sneezer and face lickers a hug for me.
Hugs,
Ratkity

Don't feel bad...when I'm working out, especially walking, I sing songs in my head...but get this....I spell the letters of the words out in text messaging. So let's imagine I'm singing "You are my sunshine...." I'm doing this.....Yyyooouu arrrree myyy ssssuunnsssshhiiinnee. Now if that ain't ****** up obsessive compulsive **** nothing is. I suppose a shrink could have a field day with either of us....and your rifle.
